Types:

Differential diagnosis
Sclerosing adenosis may look similar to invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC), but IDC will:[1]
- Not be lobular at low power
- Have marked cellular atypia
- Have no myoepithelial cells surrounding duccts.
When unsure, perform immunohistochemistry for calponin:
